BBQ Grilled Clams
With all of this beautiful weather whats better then being outside and grilling some seafood? Over the weekend my roommates and I made grilled BBQ clams which turned out awesome so I figured I would post the recipe. Enjoy!!
Grilled BBQ Clams
- As many clams as you would like. This recipe made about 2 dozen
- ¼ cup bottled BBQ sauce
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp shallots
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- Salt and black pepper
How to make it:
1. Preheat your grill
2. While the grill is heating, in a medium-sized bowl, mix together the ingredients
3. Shuck clams
4. Add a tablespoon of sauce to each clam.
5. Place the clams on the grill until the BBQ sauce mixture begins to bubble, about 2 minutes.
